Mold: All the molds of Heguang lighting are private molds, and we have hundreds of sets of molds developed by ourselves. Some customers have also proposed that some public mold products look very beautiful, why do you have to open your own mold? Indeed, public mould products can save a lot of mould costs, but public mould products with large mass production, precision is greatly reduced, when the structure tightness does not match, the mould can not be adjusted, which greatly increases the risk of water leakage. The performance of private mold products, both precision and structural tightness, has been greatly improved, and when we find that there are some hidden dangers of water leakage, we can adjust the molds at any time to avoid the risk of water leakage, so we always insist on opening our own mold products.
Shell material: The two most common types of underwater pool lights are made of ABS and stainless steel.
ABS We use engineering ABS, compared with ordinary plastic will be more durable, PC cover added anti-UV raw materials, to ensure that the yellow change rate of less than 15% for two years.
