What’s the difference for the 304,316,316L of the swimming pool lights?

1) Main elementary composition difference:

C(carbon):Carbon can reduce the corrosion resistance, plasticity, toughness and weldability of stainless steel,the higher the carbon content of steel, the lower its corrosion resistance.

Mn(manganese):The main role of manganese is to maintain the toughness of stainless steel while increasing the strength of stainless steel,the greater the content of manganese, the greater the possibility of cracking of stainless steel components.

Ni(nickel) and CR(Chromium):Nickel can not constitute stainless steel alone, must be together with chromium element, the role is to improve the strength of stainless steel, toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance

Mo(molybdenum):the main function of molybdenum is to improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

2) corrosion resistance ability difference :
